It's time to stop running your circle
on a spreadsheet.
Level it up.
Members, groups, attendance, charts, ranks, permissions, parent organizations — all in one clean, fast dashboard. In your language, by people like you.
Switch these on whenever your circle needs them.
Statistics, analysis, charts — everywhere.
A line chart of growth, breakdown by group, attendance percent per session, share of each halqa — everything you need to make a decision.
Create users, hand out permissions.
Create as many users as you want and set their permissions precisely. Owner, admin, viewer — or even access to a single group only.
Parent organizations and sub-circles.
Got several circles or a larger institution? Nest them all together and watch the rolled-up stats.
Finance, assets & support, together.
Income and expenses, assets and loans, official correspondence — everything too costly to forget stays on record.
Kanoonapp in figures.
Four steps to a circle that runs better than before.
From signup to your first chart, it takes less than fifteen minutes.
Log in with your phone number, name your circle, add a photo or logo. Done — 30 seconds in.
Add members.
One by one, or import from your existing spreadsheet. Don't have it? Members can fill in their own info via a link.
Group them up.
Hayat, club, halqa, neighborhood — whatever you have, build it and connect members. Set their ranks too.
Take attendance, grow.
Starting from the next session, take attendance. By the second week, your first chart is ready.
Folks who used to run it all on paper and spreadsheets.
Before Kanoonapp, every weekend we'd sit there typing attendance sheets into Excel. Now the stats are ready before the next session even starts.
Honestly didn't think a piece of software could make our lives this much lighter. Twelve halqas running at once and I see them all from my phone.
We're a cultural institution with several sub-circles. The fact that I can see the total stats and each manager has their own panel — it has genuinely transformed our work.
