Your data stays safe with us.

The data of your circle and its members belongs to you. We never sell it, nobody else has access, and you can delete it anytime.

If you don't have time to read the whole thing, here are the four key points:

  • Your circle's data is yours. We just hold it for you.
  • We sell nothing. Not to advertisers, third parties, or anyone else.
  • Servers are in Iran. Data does not leave the country.
  • You can delete anytime. Close your account and within 30 days everything is wiped.

What we collect

Account information

Your first and last name, phone number, email (optional), encrypted password, birthdate (optional).

Your members' information

Whatever you record in the panel — member names, contact numbers, national IDs, ranks — all of this is your circle's data; we just keep it for you.

Usage data

IP address, browser type, pages visited. We only use these to improve the service.

Why we collect it

  • • Service: So your circle's panel can run.
  • • Authentication: So that only you can log in.
  • • Support: When you have a question or run into a problem.
  • • Product improvement: To see which parts get used more.

Where data is stored

All your information is held on servers physically located in Iran. We don't use foreign cloud services.

Sensitive information (passwords, member contact info) is encrypted at rest.

Who can see your data

The short answer: only you and the people you give access to.

We never sell or rent your data to advertisers or any third party.

Cookies

Kanoonapp uses essential cookies for the panel to function. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

  • Access: See and download all your information anytime.
  • Correction: Edit any information that's wrong.
  • Deletion: Delete any member, group, or the whole account.
  • Export: Export your data as Excel or JSON.

Full deletion

You can request a full deletion from account settings. Within 30 days everything will be wiped.

If this document changes

If a significant change happens, we'll notify you via email and the panel at least 30 days before it takes effect.
